Frequently asked questions
Is IDELOVA free?
Yes. Creating a profile, answering the questionnaire, seeing photos, knowing your compatibility and messaging your matches is free. Premium adds unlimited likes, values filters and other extras.
Why are photos never blurred?
Because seeing the person you’re talking to is a matter of respect and safety, not a paid privilege.
How is compatibility calculated?
For each question you give your answer, the answers you accept from a partner, and how much they matter. The score combines both people’s satisfaction: it’s only high if each meets the other’s expectations.
Who can see my answers?
Your detailed answers stay private. Other members see your compatibility score and, once you match, the values you share.
How does verification work?
You take a selfie copying a gesture. Our team compares it with your photos; once approved, your profile gets the verified badge.
Where is my data stored?
In Switzerland, in Zurich. You can export or delete all your data at any time from your account.
How do I cancel Premium?
On the web, from “My account” or the “Cancel a subscription” page. If you subscribed in the app, cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
Where is IDELOVA available?
In Switzerland and neighbouring countries, on iPhone and Android. The website is available in English, French, German, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese.
