Safety

Your safety comes first

Meeting new people should be a pleasure. Here are our tips, and what we do on our side.

Our tips

  • Take your time

Chat on IDELOVA first. You don’t have to share your number, address or workplace.

  • First date in a public place

A café, a busy park, a museum. Arrange your own transport there and back.

  • Tell someone you trust

Let someone know where you’re going, who with, and when you expect to be back.

  • Never send money

Never transfer money or share bank details, whatever the story.

  • Trust your instincts

If something makes you uncomfortable, you have every right to leave, block and report.

  • Look for the verified badge

It shows the person confirmed their identity with a selfie approved by our team.

Report behaviour

  1. 1Open the profile or conversation concerned.
  2. 2Tap “…”, then “Report”.
  3. 3Choose the reason and add details if you wish.
  4. 4Our team reviews the report. The reported person is not told who reported them.
