This policy supplements our Privacy Policy. It describes the cookies and similar technologies (local storage, tokens) used by the website https://www.idelova.com and by the IDELOVA apps, in accordance with Art. 45c of the Swiss Telecommunications Act (TCA), the FADP, Directive 2002/58/EC ("ePrivacy") and the GDPR.
1. What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device by a website. Comparable techniques (browser local storage, app tokens) perform the same function in our apps. We distinguish:
- strictly necessary cookies, without which the Service does not work: they do not require your consent;
- audience measurement cookies, set only if you accept them.
We use no advertising cookies and no social network trackers.

Payment pages hosted by Stripe (checkout.stripe.com, billing.stripe.com) are governed by Stripe's cookie policy.
3. iOS and Android apps
The apps do not use cookies. They keep locally, on your device, your session token (secure system storage), your display preferences and an image cache. The apps include no advertising SDK and do not use your device's advertising identifier; we do not show Apple's tracking permission prompt (ATT) because we do no tracking. Crash diagnostics, if enabled, are anonymous.
4. Managing your consent
- On your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline audience measurement; declining is as easy as accepting and the Service works the same way.
- You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookies" link in the footer or in Settings → Privacy.
- Your browser also lets you block or delete cookies; blocking strictly necessary cookies prevents signing in to the Service.
- We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal: if it is enabled in your browser, audience measurement is disabled without you having to decline manually.
