This is a translation provided for convenience. The French version ("Conditions d'abonnement Premium") is the authoritative text and prevails in case of discrepancy.
These terms supplement our Terms of Use and apply to the paid subscription IDELOVA Premium ("Premium"). In case of conflict, these terms prevail for everything concerning the subscription. The seller is Summit & Co. Sàrl, ⟦Rue et numéro⟧, ⟦NPA⟧ ⟦Lausanne⟧, Suisse (UID ⟦CHE-xxx.xxx.xxx⟧), except for purchases made in the App Store, where Apple acts as reseller (section 4).
1. What Premium includes
Premium unlocks, on all your platforms (website, iOS, Android) with the same account:
- unlimited likes (instead of 25 per day) and 5 crushes per week (instead of 1);
- seeing who liked you;
- advanced values filters;
- rewind on a passed profile (10 per day);
- incognito mode;
- read receipts;
- 1 Boost per month.
Photos, the compatibility score, basic filters and messaging with your matches remain free. The exact content of Premium is shown in the Service at the time of purchase; we may enrich it at any time.
2. Plans and prices
| Plan | Duration | Price in Switzerland (CHF) | Price in the EU (EUR) | Monthly equivalent |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Premium 1 month | 1 month | CHF 24.90 | €22.90 | CHF 24.90 / €22.90 |
| Premium 3 months | 3 months | CHF 59.90 | €54.90 | CHF 19.97 / €18.30 |
| Premium 12 months | 12 months | CHF 149.90 | €139.90 | CHF 12.49 / €11.66 |
- Prices include all taxes (Swiss VAT or the VAT of your country of residence in the EU). The price shown at the time of purchase is binding. The currency depends on your billing country.
- In the App Store and Google Play, prices are set in the store's price tiers and may differ slightly; the exact price is shown before you confirm the purchase.
- The price is payable in advance for each period.
3. 7-day free trial
On your first subscription (once per person and per account, across all platforms), you get a 7-day free trial. You immediately have access to all Premium features. At the end of the 7 days, the chosen subscription starts and the plan price is charged automatically, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the trial (app stores) or before the end of the trial (website). You receive a reminder by e-mail or notification before the end of the trial (for App Store purchases, this reminder is sent by Apple). If you have already had a trial, your new subscription is charged as soon as it is confirmed.
4. Where and how to subscribe
| Platform | Seller and payment method | Management |
|---|---|---|
| Website (https://www.idelova.com) | Summit & Co. via Stripe: credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay (other local payment methods, for example TWINT, may be offered; the available methods are shown at checkout) | Account → Subscription (Stripe customer portal) and the Cancel page |
| iOS app | Apple (in-app purchase); the App Store terms and your Apple payment methods apply | iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions |
| Android app | Summit & Co. via Google Play billing; the Google Play terms apply | Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions |
One Premium subscription is enough: it is recognised on all platforms as soon as you sign in with the same account. If you subscribe twice by mistake on two platforms, contact billing@idelova.com; we will help you cancel one and obtain a refund from the platform concerned.
In accordance with Art. 3(1)(s) of the Swiss Unfair Competition Act, the website shows the ordering steps, lets you correct your entries before confirming and sends you a confirmation e-mail with invoice as soon as you subscribe.
5. Automatic renewal
Every Premium subscription renews automatically, for the same duration and at the same price (subject to section 8), at the end of each period, until cancelled. The amount is charged to the payment method on file at the start of each new period. You are informed of the duration, the price and the automatic nature of renewal before each purchase, and you can cancel at any time with effect at the end of the current period.
6. Cancelling
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; you keep Premium until that date and nothing is charged afterwards. No justification is needed.
- Purchased on the website: click "Cancel subscription" in Account → Subscription, or use the cancellation button directly at https://www.idelova.com/en/account/cancel. You immediately receive a confirmation e-mail with the effective date. You can also cancel by writing to billing@idelova.com from your account's address (in accordance with § 312k BGB for consumers in Germany, the online cancellation button is permanently available).
- Purchased on iOS: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → IDELOVA → Cancel subscription. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
- Purchased on Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → IDELOVA → Cancel. Uninstalling does not cancel the subscription.
Deleting your IDELOVA account cancels a subscription purchased on the website immediately; the remaining period is not refunded, except where you exercise the right of withdrawal (section 7.1) or mandatory law provides otherwise. It does not cancel a subscription purchased through Apple or Google: cancel it first in the app store (the app reminds you before deletion), otherwise it will continue to be charged.
7. Right of withdrawal and refunds
7.1 Website purchases
14-day right of withdrawal. If you subscribe on the website, you may withdraw without giving reasons within 14 days of subscribing (start of the trial or, if there is no trial, confirmation of the order). This right is provided by law for consumers residing in the European Union; we grant it contractually to all our customers, including in Switzerland.
- To exercise it, use the "Cancel" button then "Request a refund", or send a clear statement to billing@idelova.com (you may use the model below; this is not mandatory). The deadline is met if you send your statement before it expires.
- Immediate start of the service. By subscribing, you expressly request that Premium begin immediately, during the withdrawal period, and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed. Under the law, if you withdraw after you have started using Premium, you only owe an amount proportionate to the service provided up to your withdrawal; as a commercial gesture we waive this amount: any withdrawal within 14 days results in a full refund of the amounts charged. During the free trial, withdrawal naturally costs nothing.
- The refund is made to the payment method used, free of charge, within 14 days of receiving your statement.
Model withdrawal form (complete and return only if you wish to withdraw): To Summit & Co. Sàrl, ⟦Rue et numéro⟧, ⟦NPA⟧ ⟦Lausanne⟧, Suisse, billing@idelova.com — I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the IDELOVA Premium subscription taken out on [date], under the e-mail address [account e-mail]. [Name], [date].
After 14 days, the subscription is non-refundable for the current period, except in the following cases: major interruption of the Service attributable to us (pro rata refund), substantial removal of a Premium feature (section 1), termination of the Service by us (pro rata refund), or double billing. Requests are handled by billing@idelova.com; we reply within 5 business days.
7.2 App Store purchases (iOS)
Apple is the seller. Refunds are requested from Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com or Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → Purchase History, in accordance with the App Store terms; we cannot ourselves refund a purchase made through Apple. For EU consumers, the 14-day right of withdrawal is exercised with Apple under its terms.
7.3 Google Play purchases (Android)
Refunds follow the Google Play refund policy (request via play.google.com within 48 hours; after that, by contacting us at billing@idelova.com, we can grant a refund through the Google Play console in the cases of section 7.1 "after 14 days" or on a withdrawal request from an EU consumer within 14 days).
8. Changes to prices and features
We may change the price of Premium or its content. A price increase is notified to you at least 30 days before it applies to your next renewal (by e-mail, and by Apple or Google for subscriptions purchased in the apps, which may require your express agreement). If you do not accept, cancel before the renewal; otherwise the new price applies from the renewal following the notification. Periods already paid are never affected.
9. Failed payment, grace period
If a charge fails, we (or the app store) retry during a 7-day grace period during which Premium remains active. You receive an e-mail asking you to update your payment method. Without payment at the end of this period, the subscription is suspended and then cancelled and you return to the free offer, without penalty and without losing your account.
10. Invoicing and VAT
- For website purchases, an invoice is issued by Summit & Co. and available in Account → Subscription. Swiss VAT is applied to customers residing in Switzerland; for EU consumers, the VAT of the country of residence is applied and declared through the One-Stop Shop (OSS).
- For purchases through the App Store or Google Play, the invoice is issued by Apple or Google.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your billing country.
11. Suspension and sanctions
If your account is suspended or deleted for breach of the Community Guidelines, the current subscription is not refunded, subject to mandatory consumer rights and to an appeal decision in your favour (in which case the suspension period is credited).
12. Governing law
Section 16 of the Terms of Use applies (Swiss law, jurisdiction in Lausanne, Switzerland, subject to the mandatory provisions protecting consumers in their country of residence). For App Store purchases, Apple's terms apply in addition.
The French version of these terms prevails.
